Wendy Turner Webster is a TV Presenter and Producer. She is currently hosting Brits Rescue Romanian Dogs on Together TV and My5 and takes parts in lively debates on ITVs Good Morning Britain. Other credits include Pet Rescue (Channel 4), Your Kinds are in Charge (BBC1), You Do Too (Nickelodeon) and Crafty Beggars (Discovery TLC & Together TV).
Wendy has always worked via self-employed contracts which she admits is an often precarious way to earn a living! She has written extensively for radio, television and magazine publications and collaborated with the domestic violence charity Refuge to write the book The End of Emily West. The story is based upon Wendy’s own experiences of domestic abuse and it is a subject she is passionate about raising awareness of. Wendy is vegan and is a proud patron of many animal welfare charities.
She lives in West London with her husband Gary Webster (an actor), their two sons Jack and Freddie, their rescue dog Newt and rescue gecko Paprika. Wendy will be talking about the roles of women within business and the many challenges of running a business of balancing family life with a demanding role.
