By purchasing tickets for the Business Women ConneX conference 2020 you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy that we promote as the event organiser. The general cancellation and no-show policy is part of the booking process in accepting and purchasing tickets in respect of the Business Women ConneX conference 2020. Please note that tickets required payment on booking and in full. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to the notice period issued by us, as the organisers. Please carefully read our policy that we aim to offer a refund or a transfer to another show date, if you cancel the request within one month. However, we ask that all cancellations must be submitted in writing as we make every effort to accommodate all the bookings that we receive and appreciate that the person booking and submitting the request may have misunderstood the process but we must clearly request that the person applying understands what is agreed by submitting in respect of purchasing a ticket to attend as a delegate and that payment will be made at the time of purchase. Bookings will not be entitled to any refund of any prepaid amount unless the person agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy to accept these terms and conditions by submitting the ticket form. Please tick the appropriate box on completing the booking form and complete the payment, as requested. Your booking form will not be submitted until you have confirmed that you have understood the booking and payment process by agreeing the terms and conditions, as clearly stated.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your booking, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the guidelines. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with our policy, if the cancellation has been unauthorised within the time limitations or that we are unable to resell the ticket. A no-show policy means that no refund will be offered or that any entitled will be refused for any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. We recommend that you read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy carefully prior to submitting your form. Refund is only available within 48 hours of booking and up to three months prior to the event commencing. NON REFUNDABLE POLICY, we do not refund any bookings outside of a three month period of cancellation accept for unforeseen circumstances. Refunds under this policy will be at the discretion of the event organiser.
Payment must be made on purchasing the tickets, otherwise the booking will automatically be cancelled without prior notification.
By submitting the booking form, the person acting as the booking agent has accepted these terms and conditions in full and Red Hot Media, Marketing & Events Ltd, T/A Business Women ConneX can amend or change the terms and conditions without any prior notification. The ticket is only valid for the Business Women ConneX conference on 23rd April 2020 at Sandy Park, Exeter, Devon. EX2 7NN. The ticket is for admission only and does not include any beverages or refreshments, which are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to purchase on the day. The ticket does not include car parking and a ticket for the car park must be purchased separately on the day. Coach travel will be booked as an add on cost and this will be added to the total amount for payment. The event organiser does not accept any responsibility for any unreceived emails, notifications or communication and this will remain the sole responsibly of the person purchasing the ticket. No photocopies of tickets will be accepted on the day. Conference opens at 8.45am for registration and closes at 6pm.
Please note that the booking form must be completed correctly by completing the relevant information and accepting the terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box. If you complete the booking form incorrectly, it will automatically be cancelled without any notification. Please read the booking form carefully before submitting and an acknowledgement will be emailed as confirmation of the purchase of the booking. Early Bird tickets are available for a limited period of time only and the ticket price will return to the full rate as stated.
Business Women ConneX conference specifically requests that any issues relating to purchasing tickets should come via email or any queries by telephoning the number displayed on the website. Every enough will be made to respond to your email within 48 hours. All booking are taken on a first come, first serve basis and we will endeavour to ensure that we are able to liaise with the person or persons who are attending our events and resolve any outstanding queries to a satisfactory conclusion for all interested parties. Any refunds will, incur an administration fee of £15.00 + VAT. The event organisers reserves the right to cancel or refuse admission on the day without any reason and will not entered into any discussions concerning this decision. All tickets purchased will be posted out to the named person at the named address listed on the booking form, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Red Hot Media, Marketing & Events is the event organiser trading as Business Women ConneX. All payment will process through Red Media, Marketing & Events Ltd using the Stripe as the payment gateway. All information provided will not be passed to any third parties under the legal requirements of GDPR. Card payments are processed and not stored as a result.
